Deadlines and Conditions

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return it and get a refund, no reason needed. If your order included several items delivered separately, the deadline starts counting from the last delivery.

You can also cancel before we ship, before we process your order for shipping.

How It Works

    Sign in with the email linked to your order, get a code to log in, and you can cancel or return your order from there.

    No need to log in to your account, just fill out the form below.

The Refund

Once we receive and check the returned items, you'll be refunded using the same payment method you used to buy, within 10 business days max.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Make a return

Except for manufacturing defects, damaged products, or shipping mistakes made by vamara, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Since these are made to order or customized just for you, the following items can't be returned:

  • Custom embroidered napkins
  • Frames
  • Any made-to-order or customized item made outside the store
