• vamara emerges as an extension of the interior design services previously offered individually by its founder.

Carla Ramos, a businesswoman and dreamer, with her emotions close to the surface, balances her time between work, motherhood, and a genuine desire to leave her mark and legacy on the world.

  • Since childhood, she has been passionate about old houses, antique shops, and flea markets. She travels through time and imagining the history behind each piece. She values less, but better - in art as well as in fashion. One could even say that her favorite adjectives are simplicity and sophistication.

vamara is thus born from tradition and legacy, grounded in Carla's cornerstone: her family.

A legacy she hopes to pass onto her son, Vasco, while also embracing her social cause: giving voice to Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension.

More than a brand, vamara is a philosophy of life, living at home with intention, caring for what surrounds us, and valuing what truly matters.

Vamara Manifesto

Born from tradition, family, and the desire to leave a legacy.

That is why, at vamara, we design welcoming spaces, because a home should care for those who inhabit it.

We believe in time.

The time it takes for things to be done well.
The time a space needs to be lived in, not displayed.

We believe in simplicity.

Not as absence, but as clarity.
Less excess, more meaning.

We believe in heritage.

In what is passed down from generation to generation.
In the imperceptible stories every home holds.

That is why we choose materials with respect for their origin.
We value the organic, the natural, the imperfect.

We do not create for the urgency of trends.
We create for the now and for the future.
Each piece, each space, each detail is designed to last, n a contemporary yet timeless style.
Because what is well considered never becomes obsolete.

We are vamara.

Where heritage transforms into design, and nature shapes every detail.

Designed by heritage. Crafted in nature.
