General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Placing an order through this website requires either the creation of a customer account or proceeding as a guest, by following the checkout process until the final order confirmation.
An order is only deemed to be definitively accepted once payment has been successfully confirmed. Vamara reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in exceptional circumstances, including, but not limited to, technical errors, product unavailability, or suspected misuse of the website.
Products, Prices and Taxes
Vamara is committed to providing clear, accurate, and up-to-date information regarding the products available on this website.
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable legal rate. The price applicable to the purchase is the one in force at the time the order is confirmed.
Vamara reserves the right to amend prices, product descriptions, images, or any other information at any time without prior notice.
Shipping costs may apply and will be clearly displayed before the purchase is completed.
Payment Methods
Vamara offers secure and reliable payment methods. All transactions are processed through certified third-party payment service providers.
Vamara does not store any sensitive payment information. The confidentiality and security of all payment data are fully safeguarded.
Payment can be made using:
- Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard)
- Multibanco
- MB WAY
- Bank Transfer
For credit card payments, transactions are processed securely. Vamara does not retain the full card details and may only store the last four digits for transaction identification purposes.
Payments made via Multibanco generate a payment reference with a limited validity period. If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Payments made via MB WAY require confirmation through the mobile application linked to the telephone number provided by the customer.
For bank transfers, the order will only be processed once payment has been confirmed. Customers must send proof of payment to the email address available on the Contact page. If payment is not confirmed within 5 business days, the order will be cancelled.
Delivery
Orders are delivered through CTT (Portuguese Postal Service).
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout and are free for orders over €500 delivered within mainland Portugal and the Portuguese Islands.
Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment.
Vamara cannot be held responsible for delays, damage, or loss attributable to the carrier.
Incorrect delivery addresses or unsuccessful delivery attempts may result in additional charges.
